Getting To Know Dr. Gaddis
Why Do You Enjoy The Dental Profession?
Honestly? It’s not just about filling cavities; it’s about being a detective, an artist, and a cheerleader, all at once! It’s a profession where you get to use your hands, your head, and your heart to make a real difference every single day.
What Is Your Favorite Part About Interacting With Patients?
That’s easy—my favorite part is the connection and the incredibly rewarding moments that come with it. I love that my job is never just about teeth; it’s about the wonderful, wacky, and trusting people attached to them!
Why Do You Like This Practice & Coming To Work Every Day?
I can boil it down to a winning trifecta: the team, the patients, and the pure joy of the job itself! We truly have the most terrific, amazing team—they’re a well-oiled machine and a blast to work with. And our patients are just fantastic! When you put great work, great people, and great patients together, it doesn’t feel like “work”—it just feels like a great place to be!
